Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can shop without creating an account. However, register with us and you'll be able to track your orders, review past purchases, save your address and payment details so you can shop even quicker next time, manage your email preferences, be part of our loyalty scheme and get early access to exclusive sale offers and events.

Which payment methods are available?

We offer payments through all major card providers including American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Discover and Diner's Club. We also offer payments through Apple Pay and Google Pay. Lastly, we offer Shop Pay for payments as well as Buy Now Pay Later.

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change your order within the first 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be changed.

Can I cancel my order?

Our cancellation policy enables you to terminate your service within 24 hours, with the $4.99 service charge remaining non-refundable unless otherwise specified. If your order has already been processed and shipped, kindly await its arrival and refer to our return policy highlighted above. To initiate cancellation, please email us at the provided email address. Certain exceptions may apply depending on specific promotions or offers. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive confirmation. For further assistance or inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact our dedicated customer support team.

How long does it takes to dispatch the order?

We will usually dispatch your order within 48 hours of it being placed on our website.

Which courier do you use to ship your orders?

We use several couriers worldwide, each one carefully selected to provide the best possible service for the destination country.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Typically, orders are delivered by 12-23 days, but as mentioned above, it can typically vary due to high demand or change in policies of the couriers, etc. Some orders occasionally may experience some delays while in transit with the courier or at customs. We work very closely with our suppliers & 3rd party shipping companies to minimize delays & ensure that you receive your order As soon as possible! Do you offer Express Shipping?

Yes, we do offer express shipping for an additional charge.

My delivery failed, what shall I do?

In case your delivery has failed due to the location mentioned in the address being closed or the courier was not able to get in touch with you then details will be provided to collect your order from the courier warehouse.

My order has been returned, what happens now?

In case of your order being returned by the courier it will be returned to our warehouse and it will be dispatched again however there will be shipping charges to you. No refunds are offered on return orders.

My order was lost or never delivered

In case your order was lost or never delivered, we will dispatch your order again.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll be responsible to send us back the product and pay for the shipping cost. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

My order was damaged

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Are items purchased on sale returnable?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How is the refund processed?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, with a non-refundable service fee of $4.99. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
